Meet John
John has an admirable history in the carbon reduction industry—he sold and installed his first renewable energy system in 1998.

I’m excited to announce that John Martin has joined Decarbonise as our National Manager; Strategic Revenue Acquisition (SRA) and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Integration.
John has an admirable history in the carbon reduction industry — he sold and installed his first renewable energy system in 1998.
He has spent the last four years at Charles Sturt University (CSU) managing their degasification, energy reduction, and heat pump programs. Previous to CSU, John was a highly successful Business Development Manager in the energy efficiency industry — the top salesperson for five successive years.
John has extensive experience in dealing with all levels of stakeholders and consultants. He communicates well with every management level; from facility managers, to directors, and the high-level consultants that they have chosen.
He understands degasification, value and limitations of heat pumps to replace gas fired furnaces, and the impact the energy revolution has on electrical assets and infrastructure.
John’s primary role is to manage our SRA and BESS integration strategies. He will also support any other Decarbonise projects when his experience is required.
